In a nutshell, the trip has been exhilarating, exciting, and extremely fun!! Today we shadowed at our students’ school and the teachers and students greeted us so warmly. It was really cool to spot all of the differences as well as the similarities between our two cultures. After that, we had a great all-you-can-eat buffet lunch. I wanted to eat everything! And although communication is quite challenging at times, the amazing memories we’re making with our students and each other, makes it all worth it.
